All work submitted must have been substantially created within a group session of the MNDG by a member of the group as of May 1, 2019.
All work should be signed.
All work should have the following information attached:
Artist’s name,
Artist's Meetup Handle name
Title of the work (optional),
Date of creation,
Location of creation,
All media used (e.g. “Charcoal on Paper”),
Size of the work in inches,
Artist-set price for the work or an indication that the work is not for sale.
The MNDG is not responsible for return of the artwork. Return of all unsold works will be the responsibility of the submitting artist. The group will make every effort to safely handle and return the work if prior arrangements have been made with the group.
By submitting work to this exhibition website, you agree to submit the original artwork to the exhibition if chosen for display and to not hold the organizers responsible for the handling and return of the work.
All sales that may occur during the course of the exhibition, both online and in person at the New York gallery, are private sales between the artist and the purchaser. The group will not take a commission or fee for these sales.
All submissions for the exhibition must be received on this website by May 1, 2019.
